1.How can I place an order on your site?


Q1: To buy online on the Jumbo Kosova website, you need to follow the steps below:

  • Click on one of the displayed categories, such as Toys, Party Equipment, School, etc. In each of the categories, find the corresponding subcategories, with a variety of products.
  • Select the product/s you want to buy and press the “Add to Cart” button.
  • Products will be automatically added to your Shopping Cart. It will also show you the total payment you have to pay.
  • Once you have completed your purchases, click on the purchase cart icon at the top right of the page to view your cart.
  • Select the “See basket” option and the products you have selected will be displayed. Here you can check the quantities, amount and shipping costs of your order. If you have completed this step, select the “Switch to cash register” option.
  • Then fill in your billing details: Name, Surname, Address, Phone, Email, and Happy Card Number if available.
  • You also have the ability to set notes for your order.
  • In this step, check your order for the last time, to avoid possible errors.
  • Read and then select the option “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.”
  • Then press the “Order” button.


2.Is it possible to change the products I bought?

It is possible to change the products within 1 (one) week from the date of purchase. Products can only be exchanged with the purchase invoice and ID card. It is not possible to replace damaged and used products. Products cannot be replaced if the packaging is damaged. The products on offer cannot be exchanged. Seasonal products do not change after the end of the season (even if less than a week has passed since the purchase). For hygienic reasons, underwear is not changed. In cases where the products are damaged by the customer or broken will be paid by the customer.


3. Is it possible to return the money for the product I want to change?

It is not possible to return the money but to exchange products with other products.


4. What if the product is defective?

In the case of defective products, they are checked by our service and you are answered within 48 hours for the reason of the defect.


5. What type of payments do you accept?

Payment is only made in cash when you receive the order.
